We are in the business of brand transformation - hopefully our business name gives that away - and we've certainly never been a conventional comms agency. Our business was founded on two basic truths. Firstly, people care about culture, that could be fashion or film, tech or travel, politics or painting, blogging or booze, but its culture that excites passions. Secondly, people's opinions are influenced by other people, we care about what other people think, some more than others, this could be the local football captain, the blogger, the celebrity or my mum (shes awesome).
INFLUENCE: This led us to believe that our primary job was to connect brands to the people who influence the opinion of their customer, and create campaigns that draw in and excite these people, usually by engaging with their cultural passion points, we believed this was more effective than traditional advertising and was only going to grow in importance, and as there wasn't a name for this in 2008, we made one up - "INFLUENCER MARKETING".
CREATE: We have fixers in pretty much every area of culture and we know who - and what - is next. Not sure you believe us - try us out. And we create content that connects brands to influencers and their audiences that is rooted in culture and their values, so its liked, shared and viewed - and we have some of the best content creators in the business.
COMMUNICATE: Then we communicate. This is the bit where we talk to the media, it's pretty important too and we have lifestyle PR professionals who are experts in knowing how to editorialise culture, Influencer and talent campaigns - while staying true to your brand message .
We also know that for brands to be efficient and measure their effectiveness they need replicable processes and the ability evaluate their work. So we created a series of tools including our "Influencer Match" tool, that helps us to find influencers that reflect your brand and customer values and our "Enterprise Influencer Management System" (EIMS), that helps brands to manage multiple influencer campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
