Female directors account for a quarter of the films that will be shown at this year's BFI London Film Festival. As an agency that works in many areas within the film industry we are thrilled to see that the ongoing conversation about women in film, their roles and importantly equality is important to the big dogs. A total of 242 feature films will be shown during the 12-day event, with 60 of those coming from women film-makers; these movies include the Billie Jean King drama Battle of the Sexes, You Were Never Really Here and Sally Potter’s political drama The Party.
